1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the 88mmr platform (https://88mmr.mom) and all related services. By registering, logging in, or using any game feature on this platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

88mmr is a platform that offers live casino, football betting, slots, and various eLotto games to players in Myanmar. All games, services, and features on the platform are subject to these Terms.

The date of the latest update to these Terms can be checked at the top of this page. Any changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may only register one account on the platform. Opening more than one account per person is a violation, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.

2.1 Registration Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form, including your name, date of birth, and phone number.
• If you register with false information, your account and any bonuses or funds in it will be closed and forfeited.
• Do not share your password or account details with any third party.

88mmr reserves the right to request identity documents for accounts with high transaction volumes or those suspected of suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the requested documents are not submitted.

3. Age Restriction

The 88mmr platform is only open to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or playing on this platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at 88mmr are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits are processed almost instantly.

• You must deposit using your own name. Using a third party's bank account or payment method is not allowed.
• All deposits are recorded and can be reviewed.
• 88mmr reserves the right to verify the reason for a deposit and the source of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours (it may take longer in cases that require additional review).

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method and name used for the deposit.
• If you have received a bonus and have not yet met the wagering requirement, withdrawals will not be permitted.
• Suspicious accounts and withdrawal requests will be reviewed before funds are released.
• Withdrawals are paid in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks) only.

5. Welcome Bonus Policy

88mmr offers a 100% welcome bonus for players making their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 300,000 Ks.

5.1 Bonus Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• If you withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 88mmr may modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse or collusion is suspected, 88mmr may investigate and reclaim the bonus along with any related winnings.

6. Game Rules

Game types available at 88mmr include Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Slots, football betting, Crash Game, and Myanmar Shan Koe Mee. The rules for each game are shown on the respective game page.

• Players cannot cancel or reverse a bet once it has been placed — no take-backs after the result.
• If your connection drops during a game, the game will continue from the point it had reached at that time.
• If a technical fault occurs, 88mmr staff will investigate and make the final decision.
• Using exploits, software bugs, or tools to gain an unfair advantage while playing is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88mmr platform—

1. Registering or playing using another person's identity (Identity fraud).
2. Using the platform for money laundering.
3. Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (Bonus abuse).
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes (Collusion).
5. Playing using bots or automation software.
6. Hacking the platform or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities.
7. Abusing, threatening, or harassing support staff or other players.

If any of these prohibited actions are committed, the account will be closed, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

88mmr may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations—

• If a breach of these terms is found.
• If fraudulent financial activity is suspected.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not submitted within the required time.
• If the player requests it themselves (Self-exclusion).

10. Limitation of Liability

88mmr is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or connection issues on the player's side during gameplay.

Decisions made by game providers are final, and 88mmr cannot intervene to change the results of their games.

11. VIP and Rewards Program

88mmr has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP level upgrades are determined by the regularity and volume of a player's activity, in line with our policies.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback will be paid based on the announced date and can only be withdrawn when rollover requirements are met. 88mmr may change the VIP rewards program with prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

88mmr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Players will be notified in advance of major changes, and any changes made without prior notice will also be announced on this website.
